Each Amizero product is made with love and care and lots of HOPE.

The products from Amizero are made from the start by the ladies who belong to the Amizero co-op. They cut the pattens themselves, sew them with care and finally present them for sale. They are responsible for creating new designs and keeping up with market trends. The material called Kitenge, is pure cotton sourced from the DRC where it is dyed to the beautiful colours you see in the products. It is sourced from sustainable women’s organisations who practice fair trade.

The sisal products are made from sisal, sourced in Rwanda grasslands. It is washed and dyed and weaved into the awesome products you see. It takes many months to master the sisal weaving skill, but great pride is felt when the product is complete.

All revenue from the Amizero products goes directly back to the Amizero co-op.
